Upon submitting a class registration form from our website, you should expect to receive a confirmation e-mail within 1 business day.  If you have not, please contact our office at 800-451-7447.

  • Use 270 South
  • Take exit 11 for MD-124/Quince Orchard Road - 0.4 mi

What are your policies and payment procedures?

  • Payment is due at the time of registration unless noted otherwise. 
  • Cancellations and reschedules must be received via email to training@clientaccess.com.
    • If received at least 10 calendar days prior to the class, you will receive full credit for future use.  This credit must be used within 6 months of the originally-scheduled class, otherwise it will be deemed to be fulfilled.
    • If received 1-9 calendar days prior to the class, you will be charged 50% of the fee and you will receive 50% credit which must be used within 6 months of the originally--scheduled class, otherwise it will be deemed to be fulfilled. Failure to notify training@clientaccess.com before class of a cancellation or reschedule will be treated as a "no-show".
    • There will be no refunds and no credits for a "no-show".
    • ABS reserves the right to cancel classes up to two weeks prior to the start of the class for any reason.  Accordingly, it is recommended to purchase refundable and changeable airline tickets, hotel reservations, and rental car reservations for for Live In-Person classes.  For inclement weather, we will follow the federal government policy for class cancellations.

 Where is my training manual?

TRAVERSE Training Manuals are now being sent via e-mail.  The link will be in your confirmation e-mail.  If you didn't receive this or have misplaced this information please call our office at 800-451-7447 or email: training@clientaccess.com.

 How do I know if I am an ABS client?

Applied Business Services (ABS) is an Abila Business Partner.  In order to be an ABS client, ABS has to be your partner on file with Abila.  You might be an ABS client, you might have a different Abila partner, or you might not have any partner at all if you bought the software directly from Abila.  If you do not know if you have Applied Business Services as your Abila partner on file, you can email training@clientaccess.com and we will let you know.

 

If you are interested in becoming an ABS client, you would need to fill out some paperwork that would change the reseller on record with Abila to ABS.  If you are interested in becoming an ABS client, please contact Maureen Williams, at maureenw@clientaccess.com or 800-451-7447 x 130.  There is no cost involved with becoming an ABS client.
